Returns & Refunds

We want your Caddii to earn a permanent spot in your bag or car, not a trip back to us. But if it's not right, we've got you.

Return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To qualify:

• Unused, unwashed, and free of odor, stains, or visible wear
• Original tags and packaging included
• Straps, snaps, and hardware showing no signs of use

Items that don't meet these conditions may be denied a refund or subject to a restocking fee.

How to return it:
Email support@getcaddii.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Return shipping is on you, unless the item arrived damaged or defective — that one's on us.

Damaged or defective?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or full refund - no return shipping cost to you.

Refund timing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
